Never again... My hair looks terrible! The girl offered to fix it but honestly I do not trust her work. The side of my face was burned from the bleach and I have different colors in my hair. I have green/blue/gray roots, with orange and blonde. I would rather lose out on the $200.00 spent then to go back and possible damage my hair more. BEWARE!!!

Just moved back from California. So glad I don't have to worry about finding a hair stylist. Darlene is great! Loved the cut and customer service!

Found Brigitte via Groupon and made an appointment for a cut and balayage. I showed her multiple pictures showing exactly what I wanted and how I've had it done - platinum blonde. My hair is now BROWN. I sent her a message saying the color was not what I wanted and she responded "suggesting" fading it out with washes and then retone. When you give someone the opposite of what they want, you offer to fix it. Never setting foot in here again.

3 tries to "fix" my hair and Gustavo made it worse each time! No customer should ever walk out of your salon looking like this! Then, he said he would at least give me a partial refund for the inconveniences if agreed to go back a 4th time to have it fixed and I have yet to hear from him about my refund, which I have requested from him since last Friday 06/29. My hair is a mess! He burned my bangs by applying freaking dish soap then blow dryin bangs with the dish soap. I was left with no choice but to deal with whatever outcome. At the end, I did not come out with the hair I wanted but had to deal with it and was not compensated. Gus has now told me that I'm not getting a refund because my money is going towards the expenses for the 4 times I went back to attempt to get my hair "fixed." Its one thing to charge a customer for a good service but its wrong to make a customer pay to fix the mistakes of the "stylist." Each time I let him touch my hair I left with either bright yellow/orange hair, blue/green hair, or uneven colors! I was promised a partial refund which is now being denied to me because he says its going towards all the times he had to try to fix my hair. So he is basically charging me for him to mess up my hair each time I gave him the benefit of doubt and let him attempt to fix his mistakes. Then he took picture of my hair under a studio light that made my hair look beautiful. When I looked at it ou n the sunlight, it was horrible! These are pictures of each of the 3 times he touched my hair.
