I went twice it is super important to ask lrice before you go. SUPER. My second trip I asked for copper and left with little mermaid red. It sounds funny, but when you pay over 150 for your hair and show pictures and ask for a certain color and spend 6 hours there. Great attitude all the woman just double check they understand the color you are asking for.

WORSE hair salon I've been to!! I asked for a simple straight across haircut with no layers and to cut off 2 inches. The lady said ok just leave it how you have your hair and cut 2 inches off thats easy. She literally left my long hair so choppy and cut layers or I don't even know what you want to call it. When I went somewhere else to fix my hair the lady literally said whoever cut your hair should not have their license. She cut my hair with long strands of hair in the front and short in the back. How does that cut even make sense for someone with long hair!!!!! Do not let these people touch your hair.

It was first time at a salon ever and I had an appointment at 11 it is now 1155 and I haven't been seen. A girl just wants into the door, one of the salon lady came up asked her what she needed she said a hair cut and they take her back. I will never go back, I felt so stupid for waiting an hour. I even made an appointment a week ago. Idk if I'm just being crazy but that doesn't seem fair.

I had my hair done with Kenia in February of 2018. I had initially explained that 30 volume developer burns my hair and to please use 20 volume. Kenia used 20 volume, added olaplex, but unfortunately walked away for a half hour. My bayalage looked amazing for the first 2 weeks, then began to snap. Since then I have had to cut off several inches of my hair. I have only used professional products on it, and I only apply heat twice a week. Girls, it takes 2-3 years to grow out long hair. Never apply bleach and walk away from the client. I knew better and should have spoken up. Lesson learned. I M willing to try a different stylist, because I do like their method of bayalage.

After 7 months of trying to recover from a disastrous hair service from another salon in January, I was ready to shave my head, as it was so damaged and miscolored in SO many awful ways. Today, I took a chance with Balayage Hair Salon. They took me as a walk in, Thalia was my colorist and saved me from the brink of insanity (caused by the absolute worst hair I've ever had) and she performed a miracle...Finally, after months of anguish, I can say that I am happy with my hair once again. NEVER color without #Olaplex treatment! Thank you, Thalia, Balayage Hair Salon and Olaplex
