stepped into this establishment on Sunday 7,2018 at around 3:30 and waited over an hour and requested Bernadette the store manager to cut my hair as always. She listed me when arrived and even though it was completely packed with customer I patiently waited as I kept track of the monitor showing wait times . It was 5:20 and it showed it was my turn and this man decides he’s gonna walk up to my stylist and sweet talker into cutting his hair. She totally ignored me and started cutting his hair. No apology and no decency no telling this man that had just gotten there that I was here first. He wasn’t on the waiting list as a appointment nor walk-in. If that’s the type of manager you have at your location imagine how the whole operation works. Lost a customer and it’s definitely disappointing to see people are like that.

I went there today and left very upset. I have been here before and never had a problem until now. The lady who cut my 3yr olds hair was named Anya. My son left with cuts all over his neck, sideburns, and forehead. She then tried blaming my son saying he was moving too much, which is untrue because i was standing there the whole time watching. She had him facing me, so I didn't notice until after the cut and called her out on it. And she still had the audacity to give me attitude. Never again.
