Went in and asked if she only took cash...theb she flipped her lil sign to the "please leave" side...what a weird place

This place is ran by an Asian sex trader... That's why every time someone comes here you feel like you have to leave for having a cell phone out this is the 21 century... Plus she used these signs saying no phones and leave on the back probably because she doesn't speak English...I think we should send her back to her country

I went there today. The cardboard signs said to please have a seat. She was cutting someone's hair so I sat and played a game on my.phone. she finished and looked at me, I smiled. She went into the back room. After about 15 minutes I looked up and the signs changed ton"PLEASE LEAVE". Very odd.

Very sad day, to be honest. I've been coming here since I was a kid, easily since we moved to El Paso. Life happens, I've never had a need for a haircut in the last four of five years because I had opted to shave my head. Here we are in 2017 and I'm in need of a haircut. I entered and it was a very different experience, white walls, no posters, the stylist was always cheerful and now, very somber. Previously there were many stations and I remember a second stylist on hand, there was always a line of people to get their hair cut. I smiled hoping she'd recognize me after all these years. Motioned to a chair, no expression. I saw the signs, but imagined she didn't want people talking. I had always kept my phone on silent when visiting in the past. I pull out my phone to show her a picture of the hair style I'm trying to go for and immediately she goes to the front to turn the sign to face me before going to the back and flipping two signs over that read "Please Leave." I'm not sure what happened, it was a very confusing moment for me, I knew something was off going in, but I don't know what happened. She waited until I left before coming back out. I wish her the best. Here I am reading these reviews. I can only guess what happened in the past. I don't know what happened or why the drastic change. In counseling and crisis management we're taught that someone who's undergone some life changing circumstances may have issues coping, perhaps some incident or outburst in the salon changed her or worse. I won't be back, good luck to others trying to get a hair cut.

Wish you could negative stars. I went to take my kids to get haircuts and I stood and let my kids sit in the folding chairs that are the only designated place for anyone to wait. There is a sign when you walk in that says to please uses phones outside, and I, like most of the other ppl who have come here, assumed this meant that if you were talking, to go outside, which I totally agree with. However, I was looking on google on my phone to see what other places were in the area, in case the wait was too long and this woman stopped her haircut and came and literally stuck the sign that said to take phones outside 4 inches from my face. I have never been treated so rudely and I told her she lost our business permanently. From the way she treats customers, it doesn't seem like she really needs the money.
