Hard to build a clientele base when you are new to the area, but close early because it's slow. While I know he was cutting it close, we had one of those days where my husband simply couldn't make it anywhere before then. We were excited to see Supercuts was open until 7. He made it over as quickly as possible. He walked in 10 minutes before 7:00 (their listed closing time) and the employees had already cleaned everything, were counting the money in the register, and told my husband they were closed. If you're closed, mark your closing time at 6:45 and lock the door so people don't walk in thinking you're still open. Again....I know he was cutting it close, but I've worked in the restaurant industry and retail before. If we were still open, we still served clientele that walked in the door. Even at a restaurant, as long as they ordered before closing because kitchen closes the same time posted on the door.

First (and last) time I went to here for a hair cut. I came in Saturday 2/24 around 4pm. There were two lady's here at that time but the Lady who cut my hair was lazy first of all. and when she started cut my hair she stabbed me twice with the corner of the clippers. when I said something she acted like I was inconveniencing her to even say something. when I told her how I wanted to have my hair cut, she argued with me. She wanted to do it a different way. I asked my girlfriend to explain her how simple I like my hair and she still argued. Even after she finished my hair was cut the way she wanted and not the way I asked. When my gf pointed out all the long hairs she had missed she said it would look better after I washed it. But she didn't offer to shampoo my hair there. I will never come back here. If I wanted this hair cut I could have done it my self. and then she made sure I knew it was good to tip her even if I didn't like it... I've been to a lot of different Super Cuts and some experiences have been better than others, but for the price, I usually come back. Never will I go to this location in Alliance ever again. This is what you get for $18.00.

Only one person working on the weekend? Pathetic if you ask me. Didn’t even honor the online check-in system. I left without getting a haircut after waiting 10 minutes for nothing to happen. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

My first experience was great!! Couldn’t ask for a better haircut! However, I went in again for my second haircut, with unfortunate results! I had gotten the WORST haircut of my life!! I’m not sure of who it was that did my hair but I’m sure after today she will be no longer employed there! To my relief, I went back in today to get it fixed hoping that the same girl would not be there, and found out she was not! Luckily, Emily I believe, was there to help me. Her and her co-worker noticed immediately the mistakes made. Emily was absolutely amazing, fixing my hair free of charge and promising me it would never happen again! They apologized countless times and thanked me for coming back in to have it fixed! Needless to say, one person does not make a company! Thank you Emily and SuperCuts for the amazing fix and service!!
