Rob cut my husband's hair today, 5/26/17, and it's the best hair cut that he's had in a long time. We went in about 2:00 and no one was there. Rob greeted us, introduced himself, shook my husband's hand and asked how he wanted his hair cut. Rob proceeded to cut and I (the wife) instantly knew; Rob knew what he was doing. Rob is my husband's new "hair cut go to guy!" Thanks Rob for an awesome cut! I totally recommend Rob to any man out there looking for a great cut. We will definitely be going back to see Rob again! :-) **Update: 2/2018 after posting this review we went back to see Rob a few months later and he no longer works here, ugh! :-( Rob if you're reading this review please tell us where you went!?? :-)

First, Id like to say the only person working was polite and my experience had nothing to do with her in my opinion. Was looking to get a haircut over the lunch hour, and was happy to see the Online check in time for this location was under 10 minutes. Checked in and headed there. Once I arrived, I walked into a gigantic store with at least 12 or so chairs to find only 1 person working. I was told the online check in did not register the "others in front of me" and it would be at least 30 minutes. Obviously, that would be too long for my break and I had to leave, wasting my lunch hour. Online check in's primary purpose is to let someone plan on when to arrive in order to quickly get their haircut. While it may not be a true appointment, you shouldn't be bumping the online check in for a walk in if they are on time. A walk in is that, a walk in. If the online check in doesnt arrive let the walk in proceed to get the next available barber, but dont accept online check in if you will not honor it. Even if that horrible policy is in place, management clearly is doing a poor job of running this establishment. I read other reviews stating only one staff member in the store, and my experience is no different. Why put together a huge store with plenty of space, just to have 1 barber on staff during what I assume is one of the business shifts in the week, and an obvious time that would be busy with a long weekend coming up. It doesn't surprise great clips across the street has well over a star better rating, and they had an actual online check in wait.
