Never a long wait and the staff so always nice (never impatient). Small talk is as you'd expect from any hair place. My haircut is fairly simple, so it doesn't take long, but still I feel like they go the extra mile to make sure it's always "exactly" to my liking. Being able to check in remotely when I'm on my way is also nice, can't complain there

Sandra did my hair and it turned out very nice! She was nice and was not rude at all. I haven't gone to great clips in a while because they were rude to me before, but Sandra gave me a warm welcome and made my hair look amazing!

Update:: 7-5-18. No call from anyone. I called customer service and they said owner would call. Looks like they ignore customers. My son and I went in for a haircut. My son was done by Traci and Noah did mine. Noah by far takes the time and does a great job. After my son was done his hair was all wet so I couldn't tell had bad and choppy it was untill it dried. Traci seemed like she had an attitude before she started because we were both sitting down and she called my son first not even asking me which first " common courtesy" then as I was sitting she raised her shoulders and arms and said I don't know how to cut your son's hair and I said all the other great clips know by looking at the computer because he has been in quite a few times she said that takes too much time. I kept my mouth shut and continued on my way. Called back later in the afternoon and spoke to Noah and said he would take a look at it tomorrow. Traci will never get business from me again!

Sandra had cut my hair the last time I went into Great Clips, she is a wonderful stylist, she understands how to make a place feel very welcoming. The store is in great condition and under the new management, is better than ever.
