I've been spending $40-60 on haircuts for years at other salons nearby. The salon that I normally go to closed down so I thought why not try here. Great Clips is the closest salon to me now. I only paid $15 for my haircut at this salon. The main difference here was that they didn't shampoo my hair before or style it after. I was very pleased with the customer service at great clips. I didn't have to make an appointment but had the option to check in online if I wanted to. I had about 5 people ahead of me and 4 people already at stations, so I thought it would be a long wait. It only took about 20 minutes to wait with how busy they were. When I was seated, I showed a picture of what I wanted and the hair stylist said okay and got to work. I'm used to being stuck in the salon for an hour once I'm seated, but this only took about 10 to 15 minutes and I liked the outcome. The hair stylist held a friendly conversation during the entire cut and thanked me for my business afterwards. The salon was clean and the stylists were disinfecting each station after each use.
