My teenage son and I received haircuts today at Great Clips. We had previously stopped at Fantastic Sams on Beach, but there was only one stylist working and 3 people waiting ahead of us. After finding the nearest Great Clips, we walked right in and were served right away. Both of our haircuts were well done, and the two ladies serving us were super friendly. Another reason for this 5-star review has nothing to do with me. As I was getting my haircut, I saw a woman walk in who was clearly undergoing chemotherapy. The stylist cutting my son's hair quietly walked over to her, asked her if she was taking chemo, and let her know that the haircut would be free of charge. Not only is this an extremely lovely thing for the Great Clips company to do, the way it was handled was full of grace. We will definitely be using Great Clips from now on.

Tracy is awesome! She gave me the exact cut I wanted. All I did was say, A-line Bob, and she knew exactly how to clean up the mess I had from my previous grown out cut. She even does dry cuts which I prefer. Her personality is awesome and I had a great time getting my haircut. I will definitely be back.

Cheryl is the lady that I always have enjoyed cutting my hair. She's to the point. She doesn't try to earn an extra buck by being your friend.. she simply does that by being professional and educates you on what you will achieve during your visit each time.

I've been going to Great Clips for years. I like being able to check in online and show up for my haircut. They keep track of how my hair was cut last time so regardless of who you see, they are aware of what you need when you arrive.
