Haircuts from here have always been a get what you pay for thing but, recently the service has gone way down. I think they are under new ownership. My boy’s and I have been going there fo close to 15 years with no real problem. Normally we pull in when we see the parking lot empty and have never had a problem. This last time the parking lot was vacant so I pulled in. One person was getting a cut and there were two other lady’s with no clients so I checked in for a cut. Plenty of times they’ve been busier than expected so I just leave and come back later. This time after I check in, they take two people in front of me that walked in after me by several minutes because they did an online check in. I get the online check in, it’s exactly that. A check in, not an appointment. So if there were 10 walk-in people waiting would the online check-in customer be put in front of all of them? If that’s the case, you’ll be loosing a lot of clients. I may just be seeing it wrong but I don’t think so. I do know they’ve lost a long time client and his son’s as the only reason I’ve gone there in the past was for the convenience. That no longer exists.

I've been a customer here for a few years. It's never a hassle getting what I need.
