BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!Please be advised when using the services of Biba braiding and weaving salon. It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I called to get a price on Goddes loc’s from the owner Biba, which is never present. She quoted me the price of $160, but when I arrived at the shop I was quoted another price of $220. After talking and negotiating the price with the head stylist the price of $185 was settled. I showed the stylist a clear picture of what I wanted she agreed. I had not two but three stylists braiding my hair. The style took longer than I exspected with three people brading. The night grew late and it was now 12am . They finally finished my hair, I took a quick look In the mirror and it looked ok, until I got home and looked at the back of my head. The braids were all spaced out and uneven, a piece of my hair wasn’t braided at all. I called the owner the next day and gave her an update. She asked me to return, only to find out they wanted me to pay $40 more dollars to fill in the gaps I had I’m my head. After discussing things back and forth I agreed and thought it would make a difference. I was so wrong, from the looks of it nothing different has changed with the volume of my hair and I feel as though the stylist braided my hair tighter on purpose. Don’t wast your time are money!!!! I Should have read the reviews before going.....BEWARE!!!!!

Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here! Went in today to get my hair re twisted and left looking the same!! All she did was apply gel and combined hair failing to even ensure twist were intact correctly. So fair warning PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS EVEN THE ONES FROM YEARS AGO! I should have myself before wasting time and money going here

I went to this salon to get cornrolls and they completely ripped my hair from the scalp out in the front, and broke my hair off in the middle it also started frizzing within 2 days even with wrapping at night. I had my the cornrolls done on a Thursday by Monday I so scared of the effects it was taking on my hair I took them out to try and salvage it and avoid any further damage. I called the manager and complained I also sent a picture to confirm my damage and the service received was completely unacceptable. I had to call repeatedly for a resolution and they blamed my breakage by saying maybe I have a sensitive scalp. I've had multiple braiding hairstyles and twist this has NEVER happened. The solution offered after 3 days of me repeatedly calling was when my hair recovers I can come in and get it redone for free. This is completely ridiculous as rectifying the problem. They damaged my hair once and had horrible customer service skills to help once damage took place, I do not plan to go back to have it damaged twice. Do not trust this salon to do your hair.
