I took my daughter in for a haircut, it was about 7:00 pm, one of the girls sat her in the chair, I walked out for a min, then my daughter came out right after me and said they couldn't cut her hair because they thought she had lice, we went back in and me and the lady started going through her hair and I told her she has dandruff, that's all I seen, she was pointing out dandruff and saying that was eggs, I told her it was dandruff, I did not see any eggs, she also said she thought she saw something crawling, we had another worker look and she went along with the other lady, my husband was furious at this point, I tried to keep him quit and just took my daughter and said "okay we will treat her hair, thank you" I was thinking maybe she does and they are seeing something I'm not, so I wanted to do a better check, as soon as we walked out they locked the door, when we pulled out of the parking lot they pulled the big $7.99 haircut sticker off the window, they could have just said they were closing or they weren't running that special anymore when we walked in instead of humiliating my 11 year old daughter. I took her home and checked her head really good, didn't find anything, the next day I took her to get a haircut by our house and told them what great clips said, so they checked her head and said she does not have lice, they cut her hair, the next day was Monday, I still felt like I wanted a second opinion because I just couldn't wrap my head around the fact that someone would do that, so I took her in to the school nurse and had her check, again she was clean. It's so upsetting that they made my daughter feel this way for whatever reason I don't understand. But we will never be back to this place, and I just wanted to get this off my chest and share our experience with whoever needed it, maybe someone has had a similar situation, if you have I'm very sorry, and something needs to be done about these workers.

We always come here to get our boys' hair cuts done. One son has a head shape that only certain cuts flatter, so it helps that they have in their computer system exact the way his hair gets cut. We prefer Karina to do his hair, but her directions are in the computer so anyone else is fine. We've gone to other locations closer to where we live, but they always do a better job here.

Great, friendly service! I will definitely be going back. Priscilla was friendly, listened to what I asked for and did a great job. Good experience all the way around
