The staff here was incredibly rude to my mother trying to redeem a gift card. Instead of pointing her in the right direction they could not get off their high horse and help her. Would like to see some staff change. My mother is a loyal customer and they did not treat her with respect.

I went in to have my hair colored closer to my orinigal color. The stylist I was given was new to Aveda and not familiar with their hair colors. I went from blonde to what I thought was going to be a darker blonde, to dark brown. It looked awful. A few days later it turned green. I called the salon and the manager asked me to come back so they could fix it. I came back and they fixed it so that it was not green anymore but I was still left with a brownish/red haircolor that was not anywhere close to my hair color. They told me then that I could come back and get another correction and cut for free if it was necessary. When I called for the 2nd correction and cut I was told that they didn’t have any availability on Fridays and that I would have to pay for the cut. I told her this was my only day that I had as I work full time and go to school full time and she was not accommodating. I will not be going back there. I now have paid $200+ to have my hair ruined and now I will have to pay $300+ to have to fixed, when they should have fixed it. Not happy at all and very disappointed.

My hair was messy and way too long. I went in for the first time and I was so afraid. My stylist was so sweet and kind. She cut my hair PERFECTLY and I feel beautiful and confident. If you want to feel awesome and perfect, go here!!

I love coming here - everyone is wonderful and its always a great experience. Anna does a terrific job, not only with my hair, but really knowing her customers. Each and every time I leave I feel beautiful!

I've been seeing Anna for over a year for color and cuts and I love her! I'm moving to Denver, and my visits with Anna will be one of the things I miss in Texas. I am a natural red head but it darkened over the years. At first Anna and I just did highlights, but I switched to all over lighter red color and just a touch of highlights. It looks just like it looked when I was a kid and I love it! Red can be a hard color to master and Anna had patience with me while I was figuring out what exactly I wanted. If you want nice, blended highlights, go see her. She will not put choppy streaks in your hair. :)
