John Kaytaz is a genius with color! He is also an incredible stylist. There is no one else I would trust with my hair. My entire family uses this salon and the wonderful products!

I've heard hit or miss things about this salon but I think it all boils down to who you see there. I had a recommendation to book with Katie T. and she was amazing. I change my hair up all the time and although its expensive (what decent salon isn't) having the right stylist makes a huge difference. Katie is so knowledgable about keeping my hair healthy as I change my color. Yes, I was annoyed with having to book 2 appointments to get the blonde that I wanted but compared to some of my friends my winter brown to summer blonde looks and feels amazing. I don't have the crunchy, dry breakage that they have and I thank Katie for being honest about the health of my hair. My cut is also the best I've had. I will definitely be back to see her! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you so much Katie!

They do a great job. If you do not normally get your hair done or use box color do not expect it to be cheap. It is hard to color over that. sk for Jean. She is awesome

Worst mistake of my life! I went in to have my purple, deep plum, color removed and brought back to my natural brown color. When my hair was being processed with bleach to remove the color my ends went green, my hair dresser, Ray whom was supposed have had 28 years of experience, had no idea why this happened. He asked the hair dresser next to us if she knew why and she explained. He decided to add more bleach to the ends to remove the green and to take out more of the pink color near the top, this caused my hair to be fried. He wasn't able to remove the green but felt that he could cover it with the brown color. After doing this my hair had a horrible green cast to it and my roots were much lighter. I asked him about my roots and he admitted that he had over processed this area accidentally but that he could darken it up when he added more color to it when he added more color to the ends to try to cover the green cast. After doing this he rinsed my hair and took me back to his station where he just blew out the front area to see if the green was still there. Once he saw it he quickly blew out the rest of my hair and told me to go home and deep condition my hair to bring it back to a better state of health because the ends were fried. Once it was better to come back and he would look at it to see if it was in better condition to see if he could fix it. I was charged for a styling charge which I refused to pay because he had not been styled and I had dye still all over my face when I left. I called back to speak to the manager to explain what happened and was told that the green color was my fault, which I had since found out happens when you mix purple dye with bleach it can turn to green something he didn't know. I also had not used a box dye in my hair to get it purple. I was made to feel like any of the issues I had could not have happened because he was so experienced. I tried to explain that he should have known why may hair turned green and how to correct it, not by adding more bleach to it. I should never have left there with dye on my hair or have gotten any on my shirt. She kept telling me that this guy knows what he is doing and charges so much more for what I was charged. I asked before I even made the appointment what it would cost and he even looked at my hair at this time. Eventually she told me that I could come back to have it deep conditioned by him there for no charge and that he might be able to fix my hair. I decided after spending all weekend deep conditioning my hair and talking to someone who else who works at a different salon that I would not return ever again. I expected better service since this was supposed to be a top salon and was sadly disappointed and still charged for a HORRIBLE job.
