I came in. Cindy checked me in very quickly. She sat me down was very fast and professional she has become my main hairstylist. I got so many compliments this past week on my hair cut.

I went to them because I read good reviews but my experience there didnt match the reviews. She Didnt take the time and effort to actually give a decent haircut or even make it look like the picture I gave them. .5 A STAR!

Decent customer service but felt rushed even though there was absolutely nobody else in the shop. I can’t remember the hair stylists name but she was Hispanic and once she finished my haircut I was left to clean up the huge mess of hair stuck on my face. Thanks a lot! This was my first visit here but I think I will give this place another chance. I will not be having her cut my hair though.

I am extremely impressed with the way Beth Driscoll and her manager Dee attended to a miscommunication I had when I first visited this location. What began as a Two Star review is now a resounding Five Star! People this dedicated are far and few between and I commend their level of professionalism and service. Very refreshing!

NEVER GO HERE!!!! It was my first and my last time going here and it was a horrible experience! I went in and asked to get my undercut touched up and my hair straightened. They gave me Cindy to do my hair and For one when she was done she didn’t show me my undercut & when she started straightening my hair someone else had to come help her and tell her how to do it because apparently she didn’t know how . When I got home my hair was not straight AT ALL it was wavy as heck and just looked bad and she cut way more of my hair off then she was supposed to . The whole time she was “straightening” my hair she talked about how patchy my hair was and just how she wanted me to be her guenie pig when it comes to dying hair but I would haft to text her cause the stuff they have at the shop apparently sucks in her own words ( she even gave me her personal number) she was unprofessional she was rude and lacked the basic commen sense on apparently straightening hair . I don’t even want my money back anymore they are just flat out horrible.
