They moved to this new location and building, and I absolutely LOVE it!!! It's so open and has so much character due to the fact of being an old bank building. They also have a great shop attached to it that sells all kinds of bath bombs, cbd oil, trinkets, etc. All of the girls have their own unique styles and I love seeing their hair and outfits. Megan Reynolds is my personal stylist and has been for a bit now. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and fun to be around as well. I highly recommend the salon, totally worth it.

I moved to Texas 3 1/2 years ago and had been struggling to find a hair salon and stylist I liked. I had recently been coloring my own hair and had extensions in and out of my hair. Needless to say my hair needed help! I had been to one stylist recently who I felt didn’t listen to what I needed, was rude and rushed me out the door! So I was very frustrated in paying so much to get my hair done but walking out feeling worse than I did when I walked in! I was just about to give up when I discovered Christina Cruz @ Panther City Salon!!! She was amazing!!! She text me before my 1st appointment and asked me detailed questions to what I wanted and ask me to send a picture of my hair. At my appointment she assessed what condition my hair was in and listened to what my wishes were and was very helpful with a gameplan as to what it would take to get my hair to were I loved it again! I walked out there with my hair looking and feeling so much better!!! Christina and her assistant were awesome! I highly recommend Christina to anyone who wants a stylist who not only knows what she is doing but will listen and work with you to get you what you want! She is a true artist of her talent!

The building itself is really cool! Everything is clean and the people are really nice. I love the atmosphere of this salon and I love Charlie! She’s so great and really knows what she’s doing :) I don’t trust many people with my hair and she makes me feel at ease. 10/10 would recommend

Such a cute place! I was kind confused on where to go at first. It's in an old bank. Sure cute how they have changed it. I absolutely love my hair! Charlie did it. She was awesome. I will be going back to see her agai..

So absolutely disappointed by this place. I called to make an appointment and requested Megan but the lady on the phone said that she didn't work Monday's but they have someone just as good, Charlie. When I came, I brought multiple pictures of what I wanted and stressed multiple times during the consultation that I wanted NATURAL NATURAL NATURAL. Charlie mentioned "auburn" and "red" a couple of times when we were trying to figure out the color I wanted and I told her at that time that I wanted more of a chestnut color a couple times as well and again showed the pictures of what I wanted. She started coloring my hair and when we went back into another room to rinse, there was literally plastic all over everything and in the SAME ROOM that I was being shampooed in, there was a guy painting overhead. The smell was so strong. Then we moved into another area of the salon for toner and as Charlie was mixing the color, I again commented on how red it looked and she said that it is the same color that was already on my head...keep in mind, I haven't seen the color on my head because we just finished rinsing the color off and there are no mirrors except at her station. She reassures me that it is natural and will be good. For this appointment, I got a cut color and style so now we are onto the haircut. I told her I just wanted about an inch off the bottom so more of a trim and she must have literally just grabbed all of my hair and in one snip cut an inch off the end...no questions of if I wanted to keep the layers or even if I had layers. Nothing. In all honesty, I didn't even know she cut my hair and I had to text her after to make sure that she did. Now she moves onto the styling of my hair which consisted of blow drying it flat then "curling" it (see pictures of the curl that I received). We were all done now so lastly she took a bunch of pictures and I paid and was on my way. As soon as I got outside and to my car, I was horrified at the color of my scalp and all the hair at the crown of my head and framing my face. Called my boyfriend and broke down crying it was so bad. It was PRIMARY RED. Like Elmo red no joke (also see photo). I texted Charlie to confirm that she had cut my hair and when she replied she said that she had and wished that I liked my hair, to which I replied that it was a lot brighter in the sun. She said that all color is more vibrant in the sun and I told her that I was really unhappy with the color. Long story longer...I tell her that I am so unhappy that I am literally embarrassed to go out in public and she just tells me that she isn't seeing what I'm seeing and that the best she can do is add toner or color it darker. There is no way I'm letting her near my hair again because it is not anywhere near what I showed her the first time, how am I supposed to trust that she'll get it right this time. She tells me that the salon has a no refund policy and there is nothing she can do for me other than a blow out or cut at another time. 1) I don't trust her anywhere near my hair and 2) this was the lowest quality cut I have ever had in my life. Lastly, and the true gut punch is all of this disaster set me back $200+. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
