Very, very unprofessional. I like the end product of getting box braids, but the price is not always the same. When I wanted to get an understanding of what I wanted exactly and the price, I was not given the politeness that I gave. I have been going here for at least two years, after today I can't see myself giving them my business any longer. The kicker is I have referred people to them, and this is what I get in return. I don't understand why our people treat good business this way.

I love this place, I have never been dissatisfied. A few stylist complain, but others get the job done... short hair and all...I am a satisfied customer👍🏽

This place does beautiful hair, but the establishment is terrible. I understand you’re hustling and very busy but at least try to clean in between a few customers. Hair and paper all over the floor. The ceiling tiles were falling as I was getting my hair done, buckets of water everywhere and trash. Very dangerous for clients and workers. I washed my hair when I got there, the lady “grandma” didn’t blow dry my hair very good, and it hurt so bad getting my hair done. They told me it would be 2 people on my head, but on for a little while, I was there for over 5 hours. My hair turned out great but they need to do much better. The bathroom was smelly and disgusting. Need Lysol for so many people coming in and out.

Very rude. The lady told my mother to be there at 8:00am she will have two people on her head cause my mother had a marketing class at 6:30pm in Hurst and her hair will take 4-5 hours. The lady didn't get there till 8:45 didn't speak and say anything made her coffee and just notion her to come to the chair. Didn't finished my mother's hair till 4:30pm and no mother didn't get up one time not even to use the restroom. They speak in their language and was whispering in each other ear which I feel is rude. To me it's not worth it their attitude was bad the whole time but were paying you to do our hair but u mad I will and rather go somewhere in Dallas.

These ladies can not do hair, after a forever long time of crocheting my hair the "stylist" slapped a rubber band around my new "do" and asked for my money...Yep just like that. Me being me I had to look in the mirror (sorry I did) only to be horrified at the poodle looking mess sitting on top of my head. And the stylist still with her hand out waiting for payment. I smashed it, I pulled it, nothing would calm this nest of hair sitting on my head. I only went to this place because my regular stylist is closed on Sunday and I have to leave town on Monday but NEVER again!!! The shop is dirty with trash and hair everywhere. The combs are dirty and somebody's children were running and screaming and crying all over the shop. Don't waste your time or Money with these people cause they know nothing about doing hair.
