My daughter and I were visiting from Miami, Fl and went to have our hair done at the JCP salon. We did not know what to expect but couldn't have had a better experience. It was such a welcoming atmosphere, the staff was like family within minutes upon meeting them. Kim was our stylist, she spent practically the whole day on us. We had color, highlights, trim, and brow dry done, she was amazing. Highly recommend this salon.😎😚

First time at JCpenny Salon. I got a silk press from Ayana. She did an amazing job. She was so professional so friendly and not to mention she did a great job on my hair!!! I don't normally get my hair pressed but whenever I do I will always go to her at JC penny Salon. Everyone was friendly..staff and the receptionist were very professional and kind! Definitely coming back!!

I got a cut and color with Kim Flowers. My hair was damaged from a previous color at another salon and Kim made it look and feel so healthy. Best shampoo, cut and color I have had at a very reasonable price.

I scheduled a hair cut for my son on saturday. I arrived and found out the stylist went home due to a family emergency. No one called me to cancel my appointment. There was another stylist there but she refused to cut my son's hair. The manager rescheduled me the next day and gave me a slight discount... Really it was just the deal of the weekend so it was offered to every customer. Anyway I came the next day and my experienced stylist didn't show up to work. They put me with someone new . It took an hr to cut my 3 year olds hair. she wasnt done yet but my son was getting antsy and it was nap time. His hair was uneven and not the cut we asked for. First and last time I will ever get anything done at that salon
