My daughter went to schedule an appointment and talk about expectations in person... She wanted to get her hair to a silver grey. Half her hair was already blond. She was told it was possible and to schedule it. $232 and 4 hours later she came home with orange hair and a really bad tone job the bleaching is in chunks under layers and very obviously not blended in to the point she switch hair part to cover the splat. Not to mention the trim was at best a two layer at tips chop. This was her birthday gift and I personally felt bad she got such a bad experience. Sza Sza salon needs to include the entire process to the cost beforehand because there's no way I will pay $232 to bring the color to blond 2 or 3 more times. I think they do this on purpose to get you to shell out as much money as possible rather then the care and process of bleaching hair, they burnt her bottom half! Orange hair is never OK after $232 And 4 hours!!! How do they look at you and say "yeah sure you can have grey silver hair ..." and send you home with Orange brown hair??? They could not even get the bottom to grey... Never would I recommend nor go back. I feel they took advantage of my daughter and my money, now I have to look for a better more professional place to "fix" it cuz I could have done this with a $10 box of ombre hair color box from the pharmacy.

Beautiful and clean salon with expert staff, and very reasonable pricing for the area. All Paul Mitchell trained and Paul Mitchell products.It doesn't matter what stylist you go to, because they don't make commission and are all a big family. The bubble bar is the best part... Instead of just a shampoo, you get a head massage and hot towel. They offer complimentary snacks and drinks (even wine and beer) and have a very comfortable waiting area. An even amount of men and women get their hair customized here, so it really caters to anyone with the great location.
