So disappointed in this place. 2 issues! Turnover seems to be a huge problem. I have found a few good people there and always call a few days in advance so see when they are working next. When showing up on said day, the stylist has called in sick, or quit. It seems that their people are not dependable which leads me to believe that’s why they have the turnover that they have. 2nd issue - if you find someone there you like stick with them, or try. My son and I have had some questionable haircuts as well from the random people passing through. All I can say is, I will not be visiting this salon again. I was really hoping that they would replace the sport clips down the road by H-E-B but this will not be the case.

Worst customer service EVER! Only 1 girl there on a Tuesday before the holiday. I paid to get my hair washed since I love the products and head massage. The girl wet my hair with COLD water and I still had dry hair on one side of my head when she put in the shampoo. She barely even soaped my hair before she rinsed it out and then I had to ask for conditioner! She patted my head and then thanked me for coming! My hair was still soaking wet and she didn't even comb my hair!! I had to do it myself! Pathetic service! Do yourselves a favor and go to a competitor!

My husband has been going to Angel since they opened. I took my boys and daughter there and loved how the hair cuts turned out. I decided I would try Angel. I am one of the most pickiest people when it comes to my hair. I used the online call ahead app. They don't take appointments but when you use the app it puts your name at the top. She did an amazing job. I will be going to her in the future!!!!

I took my son to get his hair cut by Angel Hicks, but found out she is no longer there (Angel is now at Elite Image in Katy Tx). Supercuts stylist Christopher ended up cutting my son’s hair, and did a good job overall. However, for my hair and my daughter’s, I prefer Angel due to the higher style complexity of the cut.
