Had two 11:30 appointments for my daughter and her young son. Arrived 10 minutes early. We were the only people in the waiting area. 6-8 people entered after us. Some of them were done before either my daughter or her son were seated. Not bad cuts, but they charged an additional $10.00 to cut my daughters hair because "it was longer than her shoulders". Wow, no kidding. Not a fancy cut, simply shortening her length from mid-back to just below her shoulders. The front desk efficiency, you ask??? There is none. The stylists had to stop what they were doing to check people in and enter (laboriously) new customers into their data base. To add insult to injury, MULTIPLE, repetitive emails have been sent since yesterday morning and there is NO unsubscribe option. NEVER GOING BACK!

Absolutely the worst customer service. My daughter and I were charged $76.25 for just two haircuts. Showed pictures for each cut. Said we only want cut and blow dry. They decided to curl daughter's hair without me poking it and then charged me an extra $21 for it!!!! $21 for just curling hair!!! Then added the haircut of another $20!!!! Then on mine was a simple high bob and was told she couldn't do that. What?! So I decided just a simple bob and would do I higher bob some other time. 2 different stylist doing our hair. I'm not sure what's going on there but the service isn't there. For these prices might as well have gone to a salon. Get the full service with maybe some better conversation. I wish I could give the a negative star

I used to prefer this TGF but the last few times I have been upset. Last time I said no shampoo because I had just washed my hair. The lady cutting my hair said she needed to get My hair more wet. Then she said there would be an extra charge right as she was turning the water on. Today I got charged extra for length. ( my barely touched my shoulder) and was told she would forgo the extra cost of thinning my hair. Every time I go the charges are different and reasons are too. I guess I will be going somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

I try other places that are closer to me but keep coming back. Quality of cut depends on who you get but most are good at what they do.

Price is too high. SHARY charge me $13.75 + $10.00 length add on for a straight cut for my 10 years old daughter. We didn't want shampoo just straight cut. 05/20/2018 ticket:48 Sale ID : 131776 very disappointed.
