I went to this store Saturday 10/14/17 , the lady that did my hair was really nice but messed my hair up bad. I asked for a trim and she cut 5 inches off now it’s to my shoulders when it was all the way to half of my back. I had major plans to get my hair done before this weekend for something personal now I can’t get it done. My hair is shorter in the back... BASICALLY SHE CUT MY HAIR ALL WRONG NOW INGOT SUFFER FROM IT THANK YOU.....

I took my daughter here just to get an inch off her long hair. Its located in Wal-Mart. From the beginning the stylist was rude. I didn't have time to go anywhere else because it was Sunday. Her hair ended up uneven and I had to fix it myself that night. even when stylist was was ringing me up she was rude, and the tip I gave her reflected that. I don't like tipping low, but this was the worst customer service that I've gotten in a salon. I guess they don't care about getting a nice tip if it means treating people like they are bothering them.
