I am always treated nice here. My hair is an easy cut but they still do a fantastic job. Clean location and the staff is always friendly

Myra has been cutting my hair for a few months now and I'm always pleased at the end result. She listens to my needs and executes them perfectly. She is the main reason I go to this location over ones that are closer to my home.

If it wasn't for Maya making my botched cut right, I would give 0 stars. Thank you Maya for fixing Nelly's screw up. Also, I brought in a coupon ,granted it was for Tomball location, but you guys are the same corporation, why cant it be accepted or honored.

Hair stylist was very rude. I showed them how I wanted to get my hair cut and they started to trim my hair and then cut a bunch off and when they said they were done but didnt do anything other than just cut off a lot of my length i showed them again and they said they didnt wanna cut my hair that way because i would look bad and its a hairstyle for smaller people. I think it was rude and It shouldnt matter what you think. If I want it I should've gotten it done but they didn't do it and I walked out with jus mt length cut and didnt even get my hair done.
