Visible Changes (inside Willowbrook Mall)

My entire family comes here!!! Tracy has been cutting our hair for 5 years now and my son doesn’t want anyone else to cut his hair. She is amazing and will always have her cut out hair. Jen does my highlights and has been for a very long time. These two ladies deserve more than a 5 star honestly. Love them! UPDATE: she has moved and no longer at visible changes.

I wish I could have given them 0 stars. My daughter called to make 3 appointments with a master stylist. When we showed up my daughter’s friend and I were scheduled with the same stylist and the 1st words out of her mouth were that she could not blow dry our hair because our hair was too thick and she did not have time. How did she come to this conclusion without even touching our hair? She shampooed and cut both our hair in 45 minutes or less. We waited for 35 minutes after our haircuts until my daughter was done with her haircut. When she was done her hair looked amazing. It was shampooed, cut and styled. They spent over 1 hour on her hair alone yet my hair and daughter’s friend hair was still completely wet. We were charged $55 each because the girl who made our appointments made it with a “style director” instead of the master stylist we requested. We complained about having to pay the same amount as my daughter’s when she got more services than we did but the girl said those are the charges and she couldn’t do anything about. I asked for the manager and the 5 employees behind her starting laughing. Another girl came over and said the manager had left the store, mind you they open at 10am and it was only 11:45. I asked them to call the manager and there was no answer and a voicemail was left. I refused to leave and again I asked to speak with the manager, the girl left to the back and returned with some girl who introduced herself as the manager. I tried to explain we did not get the same service as my daughter’s therefore I should not pay the same amount as her but lack of concern on her part and interruption of my explanation was so UNPROFESSIONAL. She then said whoever made our appointment did not allow for enough time for blow drying our hair and the stylist had another appointment 11am. No discount or apologies were offered. It’s not possible this was even a manager as she knew NOTHING about customer service. The sad thing is that I have been there many times and have never been treated in such a horrible matter. It’s a joke all the concerned replies from management with negative reviews because they don’t care while you are in their place of business.

I was recommended to go to Yen Bartlett to dye my hair for the first time. She did an amazing work in my hair and i recommend her 100% if you are looking to dye your hair. I also recommend Mari Ramos if one is looking to have their hair styled. She does beautiful work.

To the owner, thank you for your prompt response regarding the phones not being answered. It would be ideal if a voice message would be left for all customers, so that we don't think there is something wrong with the lines. As for the customer service, there is a stylist there who really takes care of me. My stylist is a perfectionist and I am absolutely happy with what is done with my hair each time I visit. Although I must say, beware of credit card use. My first visit, I was required a $50 deposit to secure the appointment. I used my credit card. I don't usually use my credit cards for new places and it could have happened at any other place, but coincidently a day or two after having provided my credit card over the phone there was an attempted unauthorized purchase at a furniture store. Luckily my credit card company alerted me of the attempt. Just want to let everyone know so this does not happen to them. I since then have only paid with cash.

ALL I CAN SAY IS LONDON DID AN AMAZING EXCELLENT JOB ON MY COLOR!!! AND I WILL ONLY BE GOING TO LONDON FOR MY HAIR COLOR!!! THEN THERE WAS GENO THAT DID MY HAIR CUT, HE DID A FANTASTIC AMAZING JOB!!!! BOTH LONDON AND GENO LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR AND WHAT I WANTED AND GAVE ME WHAT I WANTED!!! ONLY LONDON AND GENO WILL DO MY HAIR FOR NOW ON!!!! THANK YOU BOTH! AMAZING JOB BOTH OF YALL!!!
