I got a haircut yesterday and I’m pretty sure it is the worse I got in my life. I’m 41 years old so you can imagine how many haircuts we are talking about. The minute I sat down on the chair I had a bad feeling, but I decided it was unfair to judge somebody for their personal appearance. 3 min later she hands me the mirror and I’m thinking “she is done already? So I commented on the section about my ear, instead of looking like a horseshoe contour over the ear, it look like a rabbit chewed my hair it was so uneven. My hair is all different lengths and I’m embarrassed to go to work tomorrow. So I will be going back to see if there is anybody competent to fix or I’ll go somewhere else to see what they can do. I typically don’t write reviews but i think this is important for everyone reading. I live in summerwood! So i like the convenience of the location. I will post another review after I go back this morning. So here is my update! I went back and the lady who was going to potentially fix my haircut had nails that were about 10 inches long. She had a pretty bad haircut herself. So I couldn’t take a chance. I wish I could pictures to show you.

Please stay away from this scam at all cost!!!! The service is terrible and very unfriendly. They did not even say hi or welcome guests. The hair stylish named Quinn does not know how to use the hair drier. She left my hair soaking wet saying it's done and when I asked her to dry my hair, she blew it for few seconds of course my hair was still wet and overcharged me. I called the customer services complaining about it and they said they cant do anything because that salon is owned by private owner. The owner or manager never gave me a call for explaining the overcharge. Dont ever go there unless you want to learn the hard lesson like me.

The absolute WORST HAIRCUT and the rudest employee I have ever dealt with IN MY LIFE! Three weeks prior to getting married I decided to go here for a "trim". She ignored my request and simply started shaving my head! When I asked what the heck she was doing, she just smirked at me and said "that what you asked for". I filed a compliant with the Texas Licensing Board and complained to Supercuts corporate office. The owner contacted me and expressed NO GENUINE CONCERN! He later mailed me two coupons for a free haircut, like I would ever go back to that crappy place!!!

If I could put negative stars I would. They clipped my sons ear and didnt even say sorry... still charged money. They literally caused a hole on one side of my dads head and left the other side long. The lady who cut my son said, "well at least he got a good haircut out of it." But it was the worst hair cut he has ever had. You may get lucky with someone who is actually good, but there were two different ladies who cut my kid and dads hair and they were certainly amateurs. Be careful!

I went there and this is the first time I've gone to get a haircut where the one cutting my hair didn't practically trash on my hair because it is dead due from dying it. She was friendly and got my hair done quick how i asked. She didn't sit there and tell me i killed my hair or that i would have to get a pixie cut to fix it.my experience was great this time
