The ladies who helped me out today and did my kids hair were amazing. They dealt with my son getting his first cut without any issues and my daughter's hair looks amazing!! Would recommend to anyone looking for cheap but good hair stylists.

Came in just for a beard lineup and the ladies here instantly attacked before I could even sign in. ShayIG they can’t cut my type of hair. I laughed and mentioned I needed just my beard lined up. Still more excuses. Mind u, it was only one partially bald Caucasian gentlemen sitting and waiting. Lady said it will be one hr wait. I said that’s fine. She instantly said no longer because other people coming. Sad day

The WORST place ever to go to! The skill level of these employees is far less than acceptable. They don't follow your directions, and blame the customer for their inabilities to do the job. Had my hair done today by the salon specialist and she did a terrible job. I left there with bottle bleach blonde hair that I could have done myself at home!! I requested to speak with the owner and I was informed that it was her day off but that she could "fix" my hair on Tuesday. Also, the license that was posted expired in August 2017??? They should close their doors. I will make it my every effort to inform the community members of Kingwood to NEVER go there. I will post on all social media to ensure that another customer does not experience what I went through today. And on a final note, I asked for the owner phone number and Brandy gave me the wrong number.

I went in to this salon the other day with my husband and son. We all planned on having our hair cut, and the 'Master stylist' took me on. I was very specific on the cut I wanted; rounded 'Bettie bangs' and a 'Swing' cut that was meant to be dramatic and deep. The 'Master stylist' was insanely rough with my scalp and hair. I left with a headache! The haircut is dreadful! First, she did not in fact cut my bangs to the rounded shape that I wanted. It took 4 different cuts for her to even get remotely close to it. I did not want to continue with it so the last cut I said they were 'fine'. The swing was not dramatic, it was not sharp or deep. In fact, it looks like a damn straight bob! Not only that, before I could protest, she started 'texturing' my hair by cutting chunks in to it! When all was said and done it looked like I had layers, and a misshapen bob. I was speechless, and the rage I was feeling I did not want to show in front of my child and the other patrons so I paid and left. As soon as I got in to the car I started bawling at the travesty that is my hair. Now I have to let it grow out for a month or two just to get it cut properly. I will never, ever, go back to this place. Nor my son or husband! Spend your money wisely on a professional salon that will have the backing of a good range of stylists that can handle your requests and not mess it up!
