Went here for the first time, been looking for a new stylist after issues with my previous stylist. I waited a while to get my hair cut. I got called back, told the stylist that I wanted a zero guide on the sides faded up to a 1 guide. She proceeded with my hair cut then went to buzz the top of my head with the same 1 guide. I promptly stopped her...she said something about a scissor cut (not a strong English speaker). The hair cut continued...when she was done with the sides she proceeded to trim the top of my head very short. I had to stop her and end the butchering. I can honestly say...even though I am balding...never since being in the military has anyone tried to give me a buzz cut. For the money...I feel like... I should have had a way better hair cut and more experience stylist. If she wasn't sure she should have asked me instead of assuming.

AMAZING!! Is the only way to describe this place. I needed a haircut in a hurry and saw they had a $6.99 grand opening sale so I thought I would I try it. I didn't have to wait at all and the blonde lady that gave me my haircut did a spectacular job. They gave me the best haircut I've had in years. Even their regular price is only $14, so cheap. I've been paying $22 at Sport Clips for mediocre haircuts for years. Never again. I'll be back with my kids to get their haircut. :)

Went in to get a quick haircut and wasn't expecting much since its a national chain. I've had bad experiences at Supercuts and Sports Clips. But let me tell this place is not at all what I expected. They gave me an awesome haircut the brunette stylist(I don't know her name) was super friendly and professional. They were busy on a Saturday afternoon but I only had to wait a few minutes before it was my turn. Glad this place opened up just down the street from me. Will definitely be back!

I have had mixed experiences and have been to this location at least 6 times between myself and 3 yr old son. Customer service - is hit and miss. I would say it is primarily related to how busy they are. When they are slow they are super nice but when busy they are less than pleasant. Haircut - let’s just say there are various levels of skill. Luam is by far my favorite stylist! She definitely gets 5 stars in both customer service and skill but this review is not just about her which is why I gave 3 stars. I tend to drive by and see if she is in before committing to a cut that day. I am interested to see if I get a generic message with lack of personalization from “the owner” telling me to email or call for more details..... lol.
