As a former employee here, I've moved on to bigger and better things. I just wanna give a big thanks to Vivian, she's helped me grow and learn and if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't know what I'd do. She's taught me so much and I'm very glad I came across her when I first started working here back in 2012. I miss the original crew and the memories. Iris, Rachel, Isamar, Nina and of course, Vivian. Hope y'all are doing well! Also, for all the people upset with the salon, you need to realize that sometimes you're not always gonna get what you want. The staff are best in the hair industry. When they give you advice, you need to listen. Unfortunately, you never do and end up dissatisfied. And because you think you know more than the professionals. If you visit the salon on a weekend, it's going to be busy. The reason you wait long, it's not the stylist's fault. You can thank the client sitting in the chair waiting, coming in late and taking away from your appointment time. Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I took my mom to get her hair done today, when we walked in we didn't see anybody and then a lady came out from the back and ask what we needed. As we started explaining to her she called a lady over that was sitting on the bench right outside her name was Monica. We started explaining to her that my mom wanted her to recommend a style for her age (late 50s) and her face shape, Monica recommends a Bob to which we said no Bobs. My mom pulled out a picture on her phone of what she wanted Monica to go by. It was a look with a lot of volume at the top well Monica ended up giving her a Bob. When she was done she gave her a mirror and my mom said it's not what I wanted but I guess, we headed over to the counter and we started telling her that this isn't what she wanted that she showed her a picture and this was nothing like it. She kept saying that her hair would style the way the pic did to which my mom replied that it would because she's gotten it that way before.. I told her that the first thing we told her was that we didn't want a Bob and she ended up giving her a bob.. My mom said, "do you see any volume in my hair?" And she had the odassity to say it's in the back when my mom had pointed to her that she wanted it on the top. Monica said we'll sorry you don't like it. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager, then I asked for someone above her and she said she could get our information down and pass it on. My mom was in the process of paying and it asked about a tip I told her she was not gonna leave a tip and Monica just shook her head as if she deserved a tip when she didn't listen to my mom's needs. I told my mom to send me the picture she showed her and if take a picture of what she got which is when Monica said we didn't have to pay for it then with an attitude. Worse experience ever.

My daughter went here a black and grey color. Her first time going to a stylist alone. She showed the stylist what she wanted but did not have enough money to pay for it. The stylist made recommendations how she could come close to the style and save money. In the end she was not happy with the style and was very disappointed. We called the manager and told her what was going on. She immediately called her in to fix it and it looks so much better then my daughter had expected. She is very happy with the end result. Excellent customer service. Would definitely come here again because I know in the end I would not leave here unhappy.

Come here if you want to find out what haircut to not get next time, or what not to tell the stylist to do. Showed her a picture of how I wanted the back and sides, and tapered bangs. Gave me no tapered bangs, then shaved back and sides.
