I have been coming to this salon for about 5 years now. I had the absolute worst experience yesterday and that was the final straw for me. I booked an appointment for 10:30am to touch up my highlights and get a trim. When I arrived my hair stylist that again I made an appointment with was highlighting someone else hair. I was not late, I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment. The receptionist gave me the excuse that she took a walk in. So I guess the people who make appointments do not matter. My hair stylist did not start on my hair until 11:15am. I was patient because I needed to get my hair done and I had taken a half day from work. I was at the Salon from 10:25am until 2:30pm. It is ridiculous that it took 4 hours to do my hair when it usually only takes 2. If a customer makes an appointment you should honor it. At no point was I offered anything to drink. The owner did not even come by to apologize for the delay. I really love they way my hair stylist does my hair but after my experience yesterday I will not be returning. If you need to get your hair done and have all day to waste this is the place to come.

Worst mens haircut ever. Do not get your haircut from Van. Each time I think she would be able to get a simple mens haircut down, especially for the prices they charge, but she apparently seems to be getting worse. This time it was extremely lopsided / out of proportion. I think a blind 5 year old could have done a better job.

Very solid establishment. Sue is extremely talented and the staff is accommodating. Business operator, Long, is very friendly and is committed to serving the customer.

The only stars this salon deserves is for the lady who does treading and waxing. She is the only good thing about this place. I have been here 3 times to get my hair done and after this last time I will not be returning. If I could go back I would of done my prom hair and makeup myself because it would of turned out better than what I got here. I made a appointment for my second visit for color with Van. I showed up on time and she had just started on another client. I waited an hour and 45 minutes for her to just be given another client, so I had to go to someone else. The color still turned out good so I made another appointment for 10 am this past weekend. I got there early, but still had to wait 2 hours before my hair even got touched. Women who came in after me and with later appointments were being taken care of first. After being at the salon for 4 and a half hours the only thing done to my hair was color and toner because my lady was trying to work on 4 other clients at the same time as me. My thin, short hair sat under the dryer for an hour which was way longer than necessary. I got to the wash station and told them I had to leave by 1:30 because I had work and nobody rushed to do my hair. My lady ask someone to help her wash out my hair and the lady responded in front of me, "she can wait". A different lady did my toner and by the time it was 2:30 I asked someone if they could please wash out my hair because I was going to be late for work. He insisted on cutting it and proceeded to give me a sloppy, rushed cut that wasn't even what I asked for. I went in for more blonde and for some reason dark was added to my roots which was not what I asked for and my roots looked just as grown out as they were when I got there. My lady finally returned to blow dry my hair. She blowdried it for two seconds then put down the dryer to put gel in a 6 year old boy's hair. At this point I was already late for work and my hair looked worse than it did when I first got there 4 and a half hours ago, so I left in tears. This place has terrible customer service that is not worth their prices at all. I would not go to this salon, but if you choose to I wouldn't bother making an appointment because you'll be treated as a walk in anyways. The only service I suggest going here for is to get threading and waxing done. The lady runs a separate business inside the salon and does an amazing job. She will be the only reason I ever step foot in this salon again.
