Waited 30 minutes to be told person who checked in would go in front of us. Stylist was super slow with patron she was assisting. I would be prepared to wait.

Nice people, happy environment but don't bother making an appointment. It's useless because you end up waiting. I came to get my hair dyed. Made an appointment for 10 a.m. I was there before & an hour & 20 minutes later I'm still waiting.

Carter, cut my husband's hair and he wasn't pleased with it at all, his hunt for a hairstylist continues. First off he knew there was going to be a issue after she asked him to sit in her chair and on second thought she asked another person if she had time to cut his hair instead of her. He also asked for a basic short men's haircut ,no fades as he is a older gentleman.Which she seems to have a problem with she barely cut off any of the top of his hair, it's a lot longer than he wanted, she left him with wings like a haircut from the 70's. Jazz cut my daughter's hair and gave her the reverse of what she wanted and even I have to admit it doesn't look good. She thinks she has a "Joe Dirt" haircut lol now but she's not laughing. Jazz also cut my hair and I was very pleased with the outcome. I did ask my family why they didn't communicate with the staff about their displeasure so maybe it could be corrected. My husband said if I have to tell Carter what level to use with clippers I might as well cut it myself plus he thought Carter was rude, unapproachable and unwelcoming. As for my daughter she said Jazz had done the opposite of what she wanted and didn't see a solution other than to let it grow out so her hunt for a hairstylist continues as well. I on the other hand will be back but without my family. I was hoping to find a one place for all of us.
