I’ve been going there since 1988... their manager has been there for most of that whole time... she’s done an amazing job to make each person that walks through the feel like family. The stylist are professional and do very a great job!!! Don’t go anywhere else!!!

Went to get the most BASIC haircut there last Friday. Which was a trim, side bang and for my from hair To be thinned. I will never go again. My hair is very uneven. I have very frizzy hair and did not notice when my hair dried because I assumed one side just curled some type of way. But no my hair is uneven. When I was there I was explaining to Vivian ( the hairstylist) how I wanted my haircut to be and she was like no and she wanted to speak to my mom. By the way I'm 22 and my mom had given me a ride. That was very rude. I told her she doesn't know how I what my hair. She wanted to wash my hair and I said if that's how you feel you cut hair better go right ahead. She was pulling on the hair and wasn't gentle, I should of told her something. When she cut my hair it was wet so I couldn't tell that there was anything wrong with it. The whole time she was cutting my hair she was having side conversations and looking at the people she was talking to. I don't mind her talking but she has a job to do first if she can't focus on cutting my hair and having side conversations then don't. I paid and gave her a tip and went home. I went yesterday to request a refund another lady there offered to fix it and I just don't want anything to do with them so I just asked for my money and left.

I've been to this Salon before and I've never had any issues, in fact I use to like getting my color done here! Last week I went to trim it with Glorious, one of the stylist and I had a horrible experience, I asked her nicely to fix my hair cut because she cut one of the sides wrong and she gave me and ugly look. Through out the entire haircut she would ask me if the way she was cutting was the way I wanted it, when I would say no she would do what I would say but would role her eyes so I didn't feel comfortable telling her to fix anything else after a few times of asking. Later when I got home I also noticed she left patches trimmed wrong in the back of my hair. I work in retail and retail is all about costumer service and although SuperCuts isn't retail it's still a business therefore I can tell how bad the costumer service is, in my opinion this place should improve in costumer service and train their stylist to listen to the client and take the critic, at the end of the day it makes the stylist a better stylist. Will not be returning!
