So I went with bertha (the salon owner) about a month ago to do my hair. I wanted dark roots and a blonde balayage. It wasn't faded out right, I had lines between my dark brown hair and the blonde. I had to come twice for her to fix it and she still didn't get it right. I paid 145, for her to just mess my hair up. She completely burned my hair, not the ends but the middle because she couldn't fix it right the first time. Don't even bother. Her specialty is probably just dying single colored hair. So disappointed and pissed.
