My wife has gone to many salons and none have been able to achieve the look she gets from this place. Good to know that I won’t be paying for color corrections anymore! Ask for Cori! You’ll be glad you did!!

Long over due review regarding the experience my fiance had here. She had an appointment scheduled for a haircut and color treatment to get done prior to her bridals. Once she arrived they informed her that masks were to be worn 100% of and time no exception. She let the manager on site know that due to a medical issue (been dealing with for over 7 years) that she might occasionally need to lower her mask for medical reasons. My fiance was immediately denied any service and asked to leave. She left the business in tears over this because they didn't want to hear about why wearing a mask for a nearly 2 hour appointment would be difficult for her. I get a call while at work from her just crying and telling me the whole situation. I called the store and talked to the same manager asking why they were discriminating against people with medical issues. Manager informed me that they have the right to refuse people for not wearing a mask regardless of anything medical that would prevent people from doing so. I asked if they openly discriminate against other people that don't follow their unlawful rules? Say a person in a wheelchair because they can't sit in the stylist chair? Response was "no but at least they can wear a mask." I made a comment to this being similar to skin color as if my fiance was black and the business is a "white only" because this business is openly telling me that they are discriminating against people over an issue that the person can't control. A person can't control their medical issue just as much as someone in a wheelchair or a person with a different skin color simply because management doesn't care about them.

This was my first time at the salon. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My greatest experience was with Maddie the chemist she really knows how to work her colors and of course Nora who cut and styled my hair to the finest. Its very sanitize place. Mask up always for your safety and theirs. I will return.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This was absolutely the worst experience of my life. I went in to get a haircut today (finally, after being in quarantine). I booked an appointment with Sara and walked in at 12:45 for my 1 o’clock. I had taken a couple of pictures in on my phone to show Sara how I wanted my hair to be cut. I have been growing my hair out long for several months, and was excited for some change. The pictures I showed Sara were those of “asymmetrical bob haircuts” where one side was dramatically longer than the other side. On top of showing her the pictures both my daughter and I explained to her what I wanted my hair to look like and what I desired the end result to be. Well long story short, I ended up with the most awful haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Not only did it not look like the picture, Sara made decisions on my behalf, that as her client, I find it completely disrespectful that she would consult me. When she took off my robe and showed me my hair, I was completely shocked, and couldn’t even tell her how much I hated my hair and appearance! I proceeded to go to the front of the salon and pay. My daughter was still getting her hair done, so I asked the receptionist (unfortunately I cannot recall her name, but she had pink hair), where I could sit to wait for my daughter. She told me I had to pay first and went on to ask Sara what my total was. When she came back, she told me I couldn’t sit and wait for my daughter and that I would have to leave. I explained to her that my daughter and I had come to the salon together and that I wanted to wait for her. She told me it’s the policy that I had to leave. I was furious. It was over 95 degrees outside today in Houston, and I’m supposed to go wait in my car for two hours, while my daughter was getting her hair done???? I found that completely disrespectful as their client who just got her hair done and as soon as I paid for my service, I get kicked out because of their “corona policy”. I texted my daughter telling her to inform the receptionist that I didn’t like my hair, and when she did, she went and talked to Sara and said apparently there was a misunderstanding and because my hair was thin, the look I was going for and the picture I showed her was not possible to achieve. WHY COULD SARA NOT TELL ME THAT FROM THE BEGINNING AND/OR while she was cutting my hair. I would have opted for a different style, rather than one she fashioned for me. I find everything about my visit today completely horrific and I will NEVER ever make my way back to this salon, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
