JOYCE cut my hair and my mother hair and we were pleased. The wait wasn't long at all and she was very professional.. WE WILL BE BACK!!

I've been going to the Reserve Great Clips sense it opened and have 4 different stylist and have never had a complaint. I check In online and have not had any problems. Gracie has taken care of me the last few times and has been polite and courteous.

This is our last time that we tried this place. Unfortunately this was the second time that Joycelyn "take care" of the hair of one of my kids, her attitude is something, is like you have to cut your hair accordingly with whatever she wants and she doesn't accept how you tell her. Also, she do not have any idea about customer service.

Tried the new shop for the first time and Veronica did a great job. Went back again today and unfortunately I was told she is no longer there. Told the new stylist the length is fine (it's only about an inch to inch and a quarter long), no need to cut any, just trim the edges, even it out, clean it up. She proceeded with the clippers to cut a half an inch off halfway up the back of my head, buzzes it and started on the sides, too. I had to stop her before she could go any further, I couldn't believe it. I was very specific to not cut any length off, but to no avail. She said no need to pay (duh) and I walked out. Never going back. Driving a little further and paying a little more is well worth the money next time.

Great place for a haircut. Been coming here for the past 2 years, had a few bad cuts over time, but all depends in the stylist doing the cutting. Most do a great job.
