All of the girls that helped me were wonderful, very attentive, and kind. But the management needs a huge upgrade . . . Overheard two managers talking smack about the employees, which is bold considering they were the only ones not working! The short manager was especially rude and even had an attitude with customers. If you can make it to this Ulta, steer clear of management!

I was Patiently waiting in line needing to return some makeup when the manager I’m guessing she has black hair Hispanic bigger set woman, looked at me and yelled “ Do you need help” first of all have respect for customers that spend hundreds of dollar at your store! And she had no name badge on at Ulta beauty you are required to wear one not only that she was not friendly at all she looked miserable being there. Her attitude and mean mug face made me not want to continue shopping. I feel sorry for her employees because they seem so up beat and ready to help customers.

well, I guess it’s time to quit shopping at Ulta.. when you go to the store and spend over $100 on products, and ask about birthday gift while you show the coupon, I was told they don’t know when they have those in store but I may try another store.. While I do understand it is a free gift, but seriously? why have it if you don’t carry it in store.. back to sephora it is…

I always have a great experience when visiting this location. The girls are always welcoming and someone always asks me if I need help etc. I went to the salon for a gloss add on to my previous balayage I had gotten 2 weeks before. It was too bronzey for me and I just wanted something warmer to compliment my skin as well (olive toned). I must have won the lottery because I had Sarah who did one phenomenal job at understanding exactly what I was looking for. It’s been probably 10 years now that I’ve wanted this exact hair color i just never found the right stylist who understood me. She showed me a book with hair color examples and how it would transition etc. She was so fun to talk to and easy to like. She’s def going to be my person.

The lady at the register was so nice and helpful, But the bigger lady (looked like a manager or something) was so rude. I thought an item was a tester and she rudely screamed from the other side of the store & told me that they didn’t have testers for that item, I told her “then you guys might want to take those down since they’re open and they look like testers” she said no because they sell them like that (without tops & the product draining from it?) Which that’s fine I guess but there was no reason to be rude and embarrassing about it. Ulta already has a bad reputation about rude employees Hopefully they get nicer people.
