Went twice to try to get my hair done. I usually go to the Dominican shop on west little York to get my blow out but this one is much closer. First time I went they turned me away and told me since I just took a sew in out they couldn’t do my hair.. never heard of that. If you specialize in doing hair you should be able to do any type of hair. Second time I went they had me in the shampoo bowl and told me they couldn’t do my hair and asked if I had just took out braids. I told them no I even made sure my hair wasn’t tangled. They told me they couldn’t do it. Not understanding why. My hair is very thick it’s not that long. When I get a blow out at my usual place I have none of these issues they even untangle it for me and I pay around $60 with a deep conditioning included. After reading the other reviews for this place I won’t try to go back. They pick and choose who’s hair they want to do and that isn’t right.

I had the worse experience that I ever had at a beauty salon. Lisa accused me of shorting her money from over 4 years ago and when I told her she had the wrong person, didn’t bother to apologize. You can’t incriminate someone on a false accusation and not apologize. Her attitude is terrible and she will treat you like you don’t belong there, so if you don’t speak Spanish good luck. The whole time I was sitting there was the most uncomfortable feeling ever because my character was assassinated. On top of the fact the whole time they speak Spanish around you. It is definitely not a welcoming environment and i don’t recommend. They tell you a price after your hair is washed and they start putting the rollers in. When she started to straighten my hair she said that it wouldn’t last because my hair wasn’t trained and ended up paying $100 to get my hair done which I felt was a bit overpriced especially for the lack of professionalism you receive. This experience literally ruined my whole day because that is not what I signed up for. I definitely won’t be stepping foot in that shop ever again or refer anyone.

Daughter had an appointment with this shop, was quoted $65 over the phone for natural hair. Lisa wash her hair and, then tell her that her hair she doesn't thinks she's going to to be able to get her hair straighten, so I get a call from my daughter telling me that this rude women is telling her that she that she not capable of straighten her hair because it's course ( but the advertise that the specialize in all hair types). So I ask to speak to this rude lady. She tells me she doesn't think her hair will last pass the next, but she going to charge her $90 instead of the $65 that we were quoted over the phone. So she then tells me she not going to to do her my daughter hair and throws her out her shop with wet hair, without allowing me time to arrive to the shop to pick up from the shop. It was a waste of time, going to this shop, she's rude, disrespectful, and if you don't have long hair, or have hair with texture she's incapable of doing the job. I will taking further actions on how she handled my daughter. This place have their picks and chooses of who hair they chose to do.

I went to weeks ago for cut and blower! I love it! They start me at the time my appointment was supposed to be and they are really nice. They offer you drinks and always check on you and your company. I recommend them! I have a good experience.
