I would give this place a zero star if I could based on my experience. I had Dark brown hair and wanted to go to a light brown / caramel color. I got a appointment with Brittany . She was 40 minutes late for my appointment. Finally when she saw me I asked her if she could get my hair to the color in the pictures and she said yes . She did not mention once that it would take 4.5 hours. Long story short after the first few times she puts bleach in my hair and washes it off, she I’m finally walking back to the chair she says don’t panic when you see your hair okay? I knew that was a bad sign . I looked and my hair was orange . Brass/ peroxide orange and my hair was super dry and damaged. . No one all the other stylists were looking at me after the wash with strange looks. I had very healthy dark brown shiny hair, I left the place with orange , brittle , damaged hair . I told her this is not the color I wanted this is orange , you said u could get it that color . She toned it twice again and it looked a little less orange . After all this she tells me I’m gonna be honest with u I think when u wash it it will become orange again. You can come back on Monday for another toner for free and she sets me up for an appointment with her. When I go home and look at the back of my hair I see uneven color , and just realize how damaged my hair had become . Every time I brushed there would be breakage in my shirt, on the door, in my hands and I could barely run a brush through my hair . After 2 days I wash my hair as she recommends . I call the salon on Monday to talk to her and confirm my appointment, there is a recording that they are closed on Monday. I was furious I had to go on thanksgiving vacation looking like carrot top. The next day I call again I was told she would call me and she never did . I explain what happened to the manager , she just said ok sorry, she made a mistake in the appointment , we do have stylist come in on Monday but she was off ,we can book u another appt but it has to be with Brittany and it won’t be til after thanksgiving for the free toner. After all this I had to go get a box color and dye my hair dark brown . This cost me 540.00 and it was such a horrible experience. Everyone asked me what happened to your hair? And that whoever did my hair did a horrible face. You just had to look at their face after I told them how much t cost me to get my hair orange lol. The least they could have offered was to give me a refund for this horrible experience and ruining my hair. I will never go there again and would not recommend this kind of service to anyone .

When Andrew moved to Houston it was like breaking up with the world's greatest boyfriend. I didn't let anyone touch my hair for months as I was in mourning. In all seriousness, he's an amazing stylist and conversationalist! I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful he is. He's meticulous and thorough and not afraid to tell you when you're making a hair mistake! He's honestly worth the 5 hr drive from Dallas to Houston for a haircut.

Great location, very clean and beautiful interior. All of the staff is very accommodating and willing to help each other. If you're looking to get a great cut and color Michael M. is your guy! I always leave extra satisfied and would highly recommend him to everyone!

Andrew was my stylist for nearly ten years. He is an artist in cutting hair. I am really particular in who cuts my hair, as I have to trust them completely. Andrew always came through for me. I remember the time he cut my daughter's hair, and the owner of Phoenix Salons (a national chain) was in the salon for their Grand Opening. After seeing Andrew's work on my daughter, she was amazed and wanted him to work her into his schedule! He's truly missed in Dallas and comes highly recommended.
