I don’t know what it is about this particular establishment, but every single time I get a haircut here it’s an unusually pleasant experience. I have had a different person cut my hair the few times that I’ve been here, and every time they are very nice to have a conversation with, and every time they went above and beyond what they needed to do. For example, the first time I went there, they gave me a hot towel and shoulder massage free of charge just because they wanted me to be a repeat customer. Guess what, now I’m a repeat customer. Makes you wonder why doesn’t everybody in the customer service business go above and beyond🤔👍

Wonderful experience, had a great conversation while I was getting my hair cut. A little pricy for what you're getting (especially with a respectable tip), but still cheaper than a salon or fancy barber shop. I've gone several times, and had good results.

GREAT SERVICE!! Both my mom and I have been having our hair cut by Dolores for 13 years and we are always so pleased!! Great stylist and good person all around !

I've been to this location on many occasions . My stylist Dolores is wonderful but they hired a new manager "Melissa" whom is very unprofessional . Today I booked my appointment for color with Dolores as usual . I arrived around 6 --- the manager checked me in , she asked what I was having done and I informed her " color " . 40 minutes later Dolores informs me that she has to ask the manager if she can take me so late because now SC doesn't do color after 4:30pm . I wait another 10 minutes while Dolores disappears to the back to speak with the manager . I look for the manager and ask her why she made me wait for almost an hour to turn me away ? She rudely says she will let Dolores color this time but in the future I will not be able to color my hair this late. This is the second time I've had an issue with the manager . No sense of customer service what so ever; she was rude complained to other customers about me etc . This was such a lovely location before -- will loose allot of customers if this is the new customer service philosophy . I asked to speak to the owner the last time I came to this location when I was told Dolores no longer worked here which wasn't true - manager refused to give me the owners information . Today I'll call customer service maybe they can provide the owners info.
