Great place, but it's too bad it's closing this week.

I hated my experience here since the hair dresser did my hair cut the way she liked and not based on what I like. I hate my hair now and have to live with it for next 6 months or more until my hair grows back. No worth the money

Always the best experience and results! I’ve been a LOYAL customer since the very beginning (10 Years ago) and could not imagine having anyone other than Kimberly Michelle (and other stuff when she is not available) doing my hair. You will leave feeling gorgeous!

I went to this salon for about five years. During that time, it was difficult to get an appointment, and on at least three occasions, I showed up for my appointment, and they tried to tell me that I didn’t have one. I have NEVER had that happen my whole life. I let that slide because I liked the stylist and owner, Kimberley Michelle. But more often than not, they would make me wait each time, sometimes up to an hour! I complained about not being able to get an appointment (and my appointments mysteriously "disappearing"), to Kimberley Michelle, and she basically told me that her weekly regulars would always take preference over me, and that I was welcome to go see someone else. She sent me to another one of her stylists, who gave me a TERRIBLE haircut which she had to fix a few days later. Then she charged me for BOTH haircuts a few days apart! The final straw came when I told them I only had two and a half hours before I HAD to leave. They still made me wait, then put the color on my hair and FORGOT to take it off. I finally told them to take it off, and Kimberley Michelle had 6 minutes to cut my hair (never mind styling). She told me she could do it at “show speed” and that my bangs were fine and didn’t need to be cut (since when?). Then they had the nerve to charge me $200 for a six minute haircut, no style, and root coverage (not even highlights). At that price, I can get much better service elsewhere, WITHOUT the abuse. I vowed NEVER to go back. This was three years ago and I never have. My husband goes there (and uses the hour wait to go to the bar across the street) so I have resisted leaving this review for fear of retaliation against him. But even after all this time, it still makes me absolutely furious when I think about it and other customers have a right to know what really goes on here. I’m a pretty mild person and very forgiving, but I have never been treated so badly and had a salon be so ready to get rid of a paying customer, who regularly brought them other customers, and who RARELY complained about their consistently atrocious customer service (and when I did complain I was basically blown off). If I could give them ZERO stars I would!

Unprofessional staff I had schedule an appointment a week before on Tuesday ONLINE then I got a text message confirming my appointment Wednesday the week of. I confirmed my appointment and then got a text message from Stella the stylist the day of my appointment that she doesn’t do color after 5pm and she basically wanted me to cancel my appointment. Can some one explain me to me how is it that y’all system can bock me not give details of when u do color and went you don’t and then ask me to confirm and you the stylist not bother to check your appointments and the reason people are going in for?! If I gotta struggle this much for a simple appointment I don’t want to find out the rest. SMH I will definitely spend my money else where!
