First class salon! Gave this place a try a few months back and so glad I did. Tyler does a great job! All the staff does. Highly recommended!

Customer service is great. However, my personal experience has not been so great. I came in, in March for a balayage. I needed a correction and came back 2 days later. For my 6 week "touch up", I came back and while the color is as bright as I wanted, there are several pieces that make my hair look striped, almost like a flame, when hair has been sitting in lightener too long or something. I opted out of another "correction", because I feel that it is really asking too much of me and my hair. I dont believe it is an unreasonable expectation to leave with it right the first time. On the flip side, customer service is great. I wish that I had asked to see pictures of work that my stylist had actually done herself, or knew the right questions to ask when it comes to color. I am disappointed at my experiences here, my money spent, and the chemicals I have needed to have applied, and reapplied to my hair. This salon is probable great for most people, just not me.

Tyler is fantastic, knew exactly what I wanted and made it so much better. The other staff members were so friendly and attentive, and their products fit my hair needs perfectly. I’m so happy I found Fringe salon😊

I’ve been coming to Tyler here for 5 years. The staff are all so friendly, knowledgeable, and know how to make their clients feel at home.
