I've been a repeat customer for a few years now. I get a pretty simple haircut, but I always leave happy & the price is very reasonable! Thanks

Update: I called and spoke to customer service with the number they gave me below, they said they’d have the salon manager call me and here it is three weeks later and no call. I took my son here last night for his hair cut and everything seemed ok. Once we got home and my son took his shower, I couldn’t believe the mess they made of his hair. The front is uneven, you can see the start and finish of his “fade” and he has spots all throughout the top where cut lines are visible and some places are shorter than others. It’s a mess! Now I’ll have to take him somewhere else and see what can be done, short of buzzing it all off, to fix it. We most definitely won’t be coming back.

Everyone was super nice. Treated every customer with respect. Argelia was awesome, she speaks little english but did an amazing job.

Update: I finally got in contact with someone in charge named Johnette on 4/30/18. Once I spoke to her, she refunded the overcharged amount and apologized for the mistake. With it all being said and done, the only thing I would say to you reading this is pay with cash. This has been a big headache. Also, if an employee doesn't know how to run the register, don't let them. Train them when it's slow or after hours. I was double charged for a standard haircut and have yet to hear back from the manager. I got my hair cut on 4/20/18 by a new girl who hadn't yet learned how to run the register. The haircut was good, but she charged me for a standard men's cut, forgetting that I had a discount. I reminded her before I signed anything, then she said that she cancelled it. She then charged me again at the discounted price. 3 days later, I noticed a double charge on my bank account for the discounted price and the regular price. So I went in and politely asked for a refund of the regular price. They said the manager wasn't there and only comes in on the weekends. I left my information and all the proof they would need. It's now 3 days after that and I still haven't seen anything or had any attempts to be contacted by the manager. If this does not get fixed, I will not be returning.
