Booked an appointment at 4pm, go off of work early so I stopped by around 3pm to see if maybe I could get on early. The receptionist said my stylist was on break but should be back any minute. Not a problem - went walking around for a while, grabbed Starbucks and came back to find a different receptionist who could not even find me in the books... once she finally did she said they overbooked and were waiting on the lady ahead of me to arrive (who was running 30 min behind). So I waited in the salon for those 30 min because the receptionist said if she doesn't show they will take me in. Well the lady never showed but called to say she would be there in 20 min .. so I was told of I wanted my hair done it would be around 5:30.. and I had a wedding to attend. So I ended up doing my own hair for the wedding and waiting so much time at this place. Beware ladies. Staff is not on top of it.

Best invention ever..... if you want Uber straight hair ASK FOR CHELSEY..... She is amazing! I don’t know what products they use but they make your hair feel like a million bucks!!!! I bought a blo tab there so I have 8 blowouts already paid for! Oh ya!!!!! Totally worth it.

I tried to book Blo for my wedding day and was initially really excited to use their services. However, when I was ready to confirm our booking and pay a deposit, no one would get back to me after repeated calls and emails over a three week period. Apparently there's only one person who handles bridal appointments, and that person was completely unresponsive to my calls both to the salon and her cell phone, as well as emails from myself and her team members. I will not be booking Blo for my wedding day or any other services, and now I have less than a month until my wedding and no plan for hair or makeup.

I came from out of town for my husband's military ball and SIERRA did a great job. I was really worried because my hair is natural and I usually keep it braided. Wasnt sure if their products would fit my hair. It detangled with no problem and she gave me a few tips on hair care. I was beyond ecstatic that she could straighten it after no trim or straightening in six months, and the pricing was great!!

Absolutely amazing! The price, service and quality is unbelievable. I came in an absolute mess (seriously!) and left like a brand new woman. My makeup didn't come off at all and my hair lasted FOREVER. First time we on our way to Austin when I stopped by to give it a shot. Now I can't wait to come back. I love love love to come here. Plus, the owner is one of the most friendly and honest people you will ever meet. ❤️ Thanks Blo!😘
