Every time I go during their business hours the door is locked and no one is there.. Went by today at 11am (they open at 10am) and a note was on the door "back in 30". So I went back an hour later and the note was still on the door so I went somewhere else.

We waited a long time. My daughter sat in the chair and he said he couldn't do the haircut she wanted (a simple shoulder-length bob a little longer in the front than the back). Then, he continues, "That wouldn't look good on her anyway." I said, "Yes, it does; that is the cut she got last time." He grudgingly agreed to cut her hair. If we hadn't waited an hour for the cut, we would have just left and gone elsewhere. He doesn't seem to want any business. It's very strange. Rudest hairdresser I've ever experienced in my life. We will never go back there [especially since the lady at the one in the Brazos Town Square (which is not much farther from us) was very nice and friendly].

No customer service. I highly discourage anyone to give them service. Every time I go they ask for phone number name and stuff. There was no one there and couldn't find me in the system so they asked me for my information again. I refuse to got through that whole circus so they told me they couldn't do anything without a profile. I can't believe that turned away a paying customer.

I made my appointment ahead of time, but on the same day and didn't have to wait long after I arrived. Joshua, my stylist even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. I received a haircut and eyebrow wax. Joshua really took the time to make sure what I wanted and even offered suggestions that turned out great! I will definitely go back to him!

My 5 stars go to the stylist, Joshua, not the salon. The salon sucks.
