I recently got my hair highlighted and cut. First of all the pricing was very reasonable; secondly my stylist did a great job and I got the exact color that I needed. She took her time and I am a 100% happy customer.

THE BEST AT EYEBROW THREADING!! Like seriously.. unfortunately I moved to the other side of town, but I am trying to find a way to be able to go back regularly. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 15 years, and she is the best. She caught me on a good day once and convinced me to do my very first facial ever, which I really regret. The stuff she put on my face smelled of bleach and my hairs turned blonde. Here I am, months later, and I am having some issues with my face that I have never ever had before. Parts of the skin on my face is REALLY dry. Like my face got burned or something. So I will never get a facial again, but I can't deny that her eyebrow threading is THE BEST and I will be a lifetime client!

CONS I felt uncomfortable. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. The lady I had was just very forceful she didn't take the time to explain what to do when it wad my first time. There was only 2 other people getting their hair done that day. She also spoke another language so it was little difficult to understand. The eyebrows weren't even threaded completely I had to go home and pluck some myself bc she missed. PROS The only good thing was I had to pay 5 dollars. I hope whatever mood she is in gets better though.

This place is terrible, I would not reccomend it to anyone. While washing my hair the lady left to work on someone and left me sitting uncomfortably for five minutes. When she came back she insulted my hair. Even worse, while I was sitting in the chair with wet hair, she left me again to go do someone’s eyebrows. She gave me a brush and said “brush your hair” keep in mind my hair was soaking wet. My clothes were drenched. When she came back she scolded me for brushing it wrong, and continued to insult me. It was very unprofessional and I don’t plan on coming back again. This has not been my only bad experience here.

I felt rushed while my eyebrows were being threaded, and the lady was kind of rude. She doesn't seem to like that I only come there for my eyebrows. At least the price is good, but I don't think I'm coming back since they don't understand customer service
