4th time is the last!! Three out of four visits have been horrible. The stylist does great work however she overbooks, work multiple clients, and does not communicate. It is the lack of consideration for a client's time that will keep me away. My daughter's appointment was at 9am. She walked in at five minutes before to find one customer in the chair and one customer waiting. My daughter sat there quietly and without complaint. When asked what time she could get picked up Melissa said "IDK yet". No additional communication or answers or updates. When I text the stylist she told me she wasn't aware my daughter had other appointments. I didn't think telling them my day's schedule would dictate how long our wait would be. We missed our 1:30 appointment because my daughter was not seated by the stylist until 1:13. We were late to our 3pm appointment because she didn't leave the salon until 3:15. I'd much rather have been told to come at 1:30 & be seated rather than lose valuable time sitting in the salon from 9am-1pm. Most expensive hairstyle I've ever paid for... my time is not refundable.

Ive been wanting to do this review for a minute. Went to go see Charm months ago. She did my cut really nice but it wasnt at all what I wanted. I also booked an appointment for double process color... which she informed me AT THE SALON during my appointment that she doesn't color hair on new clients huh? That was essentially my main reason for coming... was to get color. What's even more puzzling is I had been in communication with her via text about my appointment... so I'm confused why she didn't voice this to me then. Again... really talented stylist but she's not the friendliest and she doesn't listen to what her clients tell her to do. She may have cut my hair "nice" but she completely effed it up from the beautiful tapered from that it once was.

If there is a zero ... I would put it.... very unprofessional they melt my hair... please stay away from them .... it took me years to recover from the trauma they put me through... she treated my hair with a relaxer although I have a wavy normal fine hair and that damaged my hair immediately.... horrible place...I regret not suing them for what they did to me...

Great salon overall! In particular, Charmayne is really good at what she does and will not just style your hair but educate you on how to maintain your hair after you leave the salon. I have nothing but respect for her as not just a stylist but a business woman.

I believe some of you all are just lying. I do not go to 360 Degree anymore, not because of the lack of service. Because I am natural now. Nakeitha Ross and Lisa Moore have always displayed professionalism and concern for not only your hair, also your time. Remember this, whenever you go to a salon you should expect to wait long periods. That in itself should tell you the Stylist is in demand. Attending a salon is a privilege and can be a wonderful experience. In conclusion, stop looking for the negative and reach for the positive.
