Elias was very professional and timely. We were see. At the time of our appointment and the experience did not take over an hour for each of us, yet he still took his time and made sure we left looking great. All of the hairdressers here are friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs.

The most horrible service anywhere. I dropped in with a simple question. There were no hours on the door, but it wasn't locked. With exception of one lady exiting the salon who literally snapped a, " hi," at me not a single soul even acknowledged my presence. One man came up on his cell phone, went beyond the counter, talked the entire time on his phone, left the counter, & never once looked in my direction. Offered a whispered, "be right with you," or any form of politeness I would expect from a salon of this supposed caliber. Another hair dresser finished with a client walked past the isle I was facing & also didn't acknowledge me, offer an apology for my wait, or the slightest smile! No sense of urgency, non existent guest service skills....and after 18 mins I walked out...Sat here in my vehicle for another 10 mins to write this review. Everyone I know will be aware of this ludicrous treatment.
