Love my hairstylist, but had to wait almost an hour.

She's great hair stylist. I've been there for years and she makes me happy everytime I go.

If I can give this place a negative score I would. I went there and asked Gigi to give an ombre hairstyle. My hair was virgin and she bleached too long that that when she tried to color my hair my hair ended it purple instead of blond. She then curl my hair so the color purple won’t be so noticeable to me and told me that I would wash off after a couple day. When I got home my daughter looked at it and told how horrible my hair looked. I had platinum, purple, dark brown and blond from the middle to the bottom of my hair. I back went for her to fix it and she made it worse. This time she didn’t dry my hair so I wouldn’t see the true color of my hair she told if you still don't like come back in two days so the bleach has wash off a bit. I was so embarrassed to go out looking like peacock. Next day I went back and she refused to fix my hair or give me my money back. And to top it off say it was not only her fault but also mine because I was in a hurry. I was there for 5 hours! That was plenty of time for her to go my hair right. If I could upload the pictures of my hair I would. You have been warned; if you choose to use this Gigi as your hair stylist make she doesn't curl your hair but instead straightens it so can appreciate the really colors of your hair before you pay her.
