For the price, this location is difficult to beat. I have been here about five times, and used a good stylist the first few times. Unfortunately she has moved on, and the haircut has not looked as good since.

This place it awesome from the music to the free beer.... I went in for a beard trim and was treated very well by Andrea.... I will definitely be coming back.

I had brandy. Great Barber 👍. She did my hair, beard, and eye brows. Had 2 free beers and left looking good and feeling good. I recommend and plan buying the VIP package.

Great atmosphere with a guy-centered theme. I've only been here for beard trims but Megan does a great job.

I just got my haircut at the Webster (Bay Area Blvd.) location and it was the WORST customer experience I've had by far. It was my first time ever going to that place expecting one of the most amazing experiences from what I read on the online reviews. OMG! Not even close to what I expected. I walk into the store may be expecting someone to greet me at the door or even acknowledge that I was there, but everyone just completely ignore the fact that I was a paying customer. I was confused and I didn't know where to sign up. I saw a bar so my instinct was to go towards the bar. The bartender didn't even lock eyes with me she just completely ignore me and then ignores the fact that I was there to get a haircut. They didn't even bother to lead me to the monitor to sign me in. So there I was confused not knowing if how long the wait was going to be and without being acknowledged. There were three bald men getting haircuts which took 44 minutes each. I have no idea what they were cutting on their heads cuz they were completely shaven. 44 minutes later I was expecting it to be my turn and then the lady Barber completely skipped my name and called the other customer that went in after me. I had to speak up and tell them that I was here before him and I was in a bit of a rush, which I was. Already in a bad mood and in a rush to get my hair cut, the lady completely cuts me and nicks me on the back of the neck with the buzzer. I started bleeding and couldn't stop it and the lady had to stop and put pressure on the cut on the back of my neck. At the very end of the haircut I just want to it to end. When it came time to pay, I explained to her the $5 off post on the Tune Up the Manly Salon Facebook page and she was not wanting to give it to me at first because she didn't believe it was legit but acknowledged it at the end. This was the worst haircut experience I've ever had. I understand that it was a Saturday night they wanted to go home, but we're paying customers. Here we are paying with our hard work earned money to take care of ourselves and they don't even acknowledge us as you walk in the door or even lead us towards the register or anything like that. They didn't even ask me if I wanted a beer, shot, beerbong, nada. I was at least expecting them to offer me a drink from the bar hopping thinking they wanted to increase their sales, but they didn't even bother. I'm still bleeding from the back of my neck. Increase your customers services.
