Awful, just got home and my daughter's hair is crooked and the lady was so rough combing it out. I'm so mad I paid. I've taken them to different locations and had a good experience. Rude staff especially the main woman. She told a kid, maybe 9 or 10, he had oily hair and needs to wash it more! She said it loud enough for the entire store to hear. Do not go to this location.

Unfortunately I don’t get the 0 stars option. Horrible customer service!! Closes 40 minutes earlier than what the door says. I checked in online and I kept on getting on getting checked out. I show up 35 minutes before close time and the door is locked and the “open” sign turned off. I knocked on the door and the lady just looked at me and turned her back on me. I tried checking in 10 minutes before closing time and it said that there was a 10 minute waiting time and there was no customers in the store.

Absolutely horrible customer service. When I asked what the wait was for a walk in I was handed a card and told, "go to another location"! Worst customer ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The "manager" is the rudest "professional" I have ever encountered. Do not spend your money here. Alice is the worst manager I have ever encountered do not spend money here. We have driven over 30miles one way for 6years because of how great the customer service WAS, NOW NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT WHILE THIS MANAGER IS RUNNING THIS LOCATION. THIS LOCATION LOST 4 OTHER CUSTOMERS AS I HAVE SAT HERE AND WATCHED THEM WALK OUT AFTER HER "Greeting" WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER WOTNESSED OR RECEIVED. GREAT CLIPS, GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM BEFORE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF.

This is the worst place that I have ever been to get my hair cut. This place makes the Woodlands look bad. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The Staff is so rude. The way they talked to me was horrible. A black woman that seems racist or predudice towards white people that had a bad attitude towards me. She has done this to me before with a horrible attitude, but today I thought I would give them another chance! Today I went to get my hair cut which is the day before thanksgiving 11,22,2017. What did I get ? Another very bad attitude towards me and They didnt even cut my hair properly. I've always tried to be nice to these people. I am positive that the black lady is racist or predudice and has hatred towards me. Im a very good judge of caracter when it comes to peoples attitudes ! ! BEWARE ! ! ! Avoid getting a haircut at this location. I will never step foot in this place again and I do not recommend this place to anyone else. This place is absolutely no good. If you want to be treated good and with respect with a good haircut, please do not go to this location. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all ! Im also not one to write reviews but today Im writing this review to honestly warn people of this place. Im a person that works good with others and communicates with people very well. Im also a former Marine that fought over in iraq. I didnt come home to my country to be treated like this ! ! This behavior is absolutely totally unacceptable! I will not lower my standards for other people! How can I expect someone else to show me respect when they cant even respect themselves ? Because she is miserable she thinks its ok to disrespect other people and try to make them miserable also. Her unproffesional behavior is not going to work with me ! This place will never see me or my friends again. This place could easily get a lawsuit filed on them. BEWARE ! ! ! AVOID THIS PLACE ! ! ! CAUTION ! ! ! . Then they are going to tell me they are sorry to read this! They should be sorry for not taking care of these issues along time ago. They dont have to worry about me because Im going to get my hair cut in the future at a more classy place and not some low life place like this. Simple as that ! !

I had my hair styled for a very hot, humid Houston wedding. Angela did a great job. My very fine hair looked nice and full and stayed great all night. She was also very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend Angela!!
