Candice is amazing! She is extremely talented and has such a beautiful soul. I can honestly say I have never left the salon without feeling 200% confident about my hair. Candice has created my signature! Even if the salon is a drive for you, every mile is worth it! 😁 I highly recommend!!!

I've been a loyal customer of Chelsea's since 2007! A friend of mine had introduced us, and I've been her client ever since. If she ever moves I'd be so lost!! I'm the type of salon client that likes to try a new cut or color nearly every time I visit, and Chelsea has always been able to do exactly what I ask for. I was so excited for the salon when they moved to this new location, and it did not disappoint. The interior is beautifully designed and welcoming. The staff is always friendly and outgoing. I always feel like I am going to visit friends when I go to Downtown Studio. I love this place!!

I promise, this place sucks!!!!! Please please do not go here!!! I went here ONCE and that will be my last time ever going. I asked them to do a easy hairstyle, curly with a braid. She did a horrible job!!! She added volume, I didn't asked for volume!! It looked like I didn't comb my hair!!!! Yes I freaked paid 35.00!! I didn't know if I should've complained or anything, but I was so mad I went home and took a shower and did my own hair... they suck!!!!!!!! This place is trash... Good luck to anyone who goes here.

I work with a very loyal customer of Whitney's and she had been going on and on about how great this place was and what style the salon has... I had meant to make an appointment but life happens and I got caught up in other things. So for my birthday, the ladies I work with gave me a gift certificate to have my hair styled and hi-lights touched up. When I arrived at my apt, I was greeted and asked if I wanted anything to drink. Whitney took me back, and man! I thought I could talk! She was full of energy and SUPER friendly! You could tell what you were telling her wasn't just going in one ear and out the other. She styled my hair beautifully and does EXCELLENT color. I DEFIANTLY will be returning!!
